Who are we?
At Dolmans Landscaping Group, more than 1,000 colleagues work every day to create greener outdoor spaces. From city parks and business parks to school playgrounds and motorways, we are making the Netherlands greener. We do this with a team that is just as diverse as the world around us.
More than 30% of our colleagues face barriers to employment, and we are proud of that. Not because it allows us to tick a box, but because we genuinely believe everyone has something valuable to contribute. One day a week or two half-days: We adapt the work to what you are able to manage.
Learning on the job: No classrooms or textbooks. You learn by doing, alongside experienced colleagues.
Support tailored to you: We support you until you feel confident enough to work independently.
Opportunities to grow: You can earn qualifications and obtain your driving licence during working hours, paid for by Dolmans.
A familiar point of contact: You work from a local branch in your own region.
Do I need experience?
No. Motivation is enough. We will teach you everything else.
What if I cannot work full-time?
That is not a problem. Together, we will find a schedule that suits you. Working one day a week or two half-days is also possible.
I receive benefits. Am I still allowed to work?
In many cases, yes, either fully or partially. We will help you explore the possibilities together with the relevant organisations.
Do you operate throughout the Netherlands?
Yes. Dolmans has branches throughout the country. You will always work from a location in your own region.

Do you support people who face barriers to employment, for example through secondment or a social development organisation? Then Dolmans is a natural partner.
